What travelers say:
Needless to say, the attraction of Cafe 103 is the sea view. Afternoon tea, savory snacks and desserts are both good, especially the five-spice confit duck jelly dish Monaka.
Desserts include yuzu chocolate mousse cake, aged orange peel and red bean chocolate puffs, traditional French cinnamon crepe, strawberry cake, licorice, chrysanthemum and wolfberry cups and waffles. Everything is placed on a wooden frame, and coupled with the incomparable view from the 103rd floor of the hotel, it feels very casual.
